Himachal
Pradesh, the land of eternal snow peaks, is an ideal destination to beat the

Day
1: Early morning departure from Delhi to Chandigarh. Lunch in the
famous Sector 17 market, Chandigarh at your expense. Take a short tour of
the famous 'Rock Garden'. Reach Timber Trail resort in time to catch the
last cable car which will cover the distance of 1.4 kms to Timber Trails
heights. Dinner & overnight at the resort.
Day 2: Breakfast at the resort. Rest
of the day is free for you to explore the tranquil surroundings. Dinner &
overnight at the resort.
Day 3: After breakfast, 3 hours drive
for Shilon Bagh. Check into Shilon Resort, the 'Forty acres of Switzerland'.
Rest of the day is free. You might like to go for a 40 minute trek or you
could just have a sip of your favourite drink at the bar, unwind and take in
the sheer beauty that the resort and its surroundings provide. Later in the
evening, put on your dancing shoes for scandal point the nightclub. Dinner &
overnight at the resort.
Day 4: After breakfast, visit the mall
in Shimla. Here you will have a half day at your disposal to shop around,
eat and just have a good time. On the way back to Shilon Bagh, you will have
the option to experience the thrills of horse-riding at Kufri. Dinner &
overnight at the Resort.
Day 5: Breakfast at the resort. Rest
of the day free for you to Enjoy the various facilities provided by the
resort like table-tennis, billiards, tennis, open-air chess, video games
etc. Tambola is played every evening. Dinner & overnight at the resort.
Day 6: Time to go home feeling new and
refreshed! After breakfast, check-out and start for Delhi.
Ladakh,
the land of many passes, snow clad mountains and arid land is among the
highest of the world's inhabited plateaus. It lies at altitudes ranging from
about 2,750 meters at Kargil to 7,072 meters at Sagar Kangri in the
Karakoram. Leh Valley itself lies at 3,500 meters (11,500 feet). The summer
temperatures range from 20c to 30c C, while in winter they may drop to -40c
C in some high altitude areas.
Day
1: Morning transfer to Delhi airport to catch flight for Leh.
Arrival in Leh and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is free at
leisure. Overnight (o/n) at the hotel.
Day 2: After breakfast, you have one
full day to understand the history and heritage of Ladakhi culture. You will
be taken around on a tour around Leh visiting several monastries, some of
which are centuries old. You will also get a first hand experience of the
lifestyle of Ladakhi people by visiting some villages. O/n at the hotel.
Day 3: Morning excursion to
'Khardongla', the world's highest road situated at a height of 18,000 feet.
The drive to Khardongla is an experience in itself as you will pass through
some of the most amazing sights of nature. Back to the hotel and o/n at the
hotel.
Day 4: Return home with happy
memories.
The package includes daily breakfast, lunch & dinner.
For people who love adventure, we can also arrange for an optional 3
nights Safari tour in Nubra Valley (6-7 hours drive from Leh) where they
will stay in tented camps, at an additional cost.
